Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between:
- Enzino Prints, operated by Enzino, sole trader (French auto-entrepreneur), with registered office at 4 rue Emile Zola, 56600 Lanester, FR, registered under SIRET 50050901300057 (the "Seller").
- And any adult individual placing an order via https://enzino.art (the "Customer").
Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Products
The Seller offers original art prints, printed on demand on 200 gsm matte museum-quality paper, in multiple formats (30×40, 50×70, 70×100 cm). Photographs and descriptions aim to be as faithful as possible but the Seller cannot be held responsible for colour variations resulting from monitor calibration.
Each print is produced individually after payment confirmation by our printing partner Gelato (local printing in 30+ facilities worldwide).
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD) depending on the selected currency, all taxes included. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout, before order validation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of order is the only applicable one.
Article 4 — Orders
The Customer can place an order on https://enzino.art. The order is confirmed after:
- Selecting items and adding to cart
- Validating the shipping address
- Secure payment via Stripe
A confirmation email is sent to the Customer upon receipt of payment.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via Stripe's secure platform (3D Secure). Banking data never transits through the Seller's servers.
The order is only effective once payment is accepted.
Article 6 — Shipping
The Seller ships worldwide via its partner Gelato. Indicative delivery times (excluding 24-72 h print time) are:
- Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days
- European Union: 5 to 7 business days
- United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: 5 to 10 business days
- North America: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of world: 7 to 15 business days
For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties and local taxes are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. The Seller is not informed of these fees and cannot be held responsible.
Prints are shipped rolled in a reinforced cardboard tube. A tracking number is sent to the Customer by email upon shipment.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law and French Consumer Code article L221-18, the Customer has a 14 calendar day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify their decision.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@enzinoai.com before the deadline expires. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition (not folded, torn, or marked).
Refund is processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Article 8 — Legal warranties
The Seller is bound by the legal warranty of conformity (French Consumer Code articles L217-4 et seq.) and the warranty against hidden defects (French Civil Code articles 1641 et seq.).
In case of a non-conforming or defective product on arrival, the Customer may contact the Seller at contact@enzinoai.com within 14 days of receipt, with photos attached, to obtain a free replacement or full refund.
Article 9 — Customer service

The Seller commits to replying within a maximum of 48 business hours.
Article 10 — Consumer mediation
In accordance with French Consumer Code article L612-1, the Customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge in case of a dispute.

Article 11 — Personal data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 12 — Intellectual property
All artworks presented on the site are the exclusive intellectual property of the Seller. Any reproduction, distribution or modification, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Purchasing a print grants the Customer a personal, non-commercial use right only.
Article 13 — Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after failure of any amicable resolution attempt, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
Article 14 — Modifications
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force on the date of the order.
