Right of withdrawal — 14 days
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to change your mind, no justification needed. Just email us at contact@enzinoai.com before the deadline.
The print must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition (not folded, torn or marked). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
Damaged or defective print
If your print arrives damaged or has a printing defect, send us a photo at contact@enzinoai.com within 14 days. We'll ship a new copy free of charge — no need to return the original.
Order mistake
Wrong size ordered, wrong address entered? Contact us as soon as possible: if printing hasn't started yet, we'll fix it free of charge.
