How is the artwork created?
Every piece is an original Enzino creation, generated with AI tools, then curated, refined and finalized by hand. Nothing is published without going through this editorial process.
What paper do you print on?
200 gsm matte paper, acid-free, with high-density pigment inks. Deep, glare-free rendering built to last decades without yellowing.
Do prints come framed?
No — prints are sold unframed. They fit standard frames (30×40, 50×70 and 70×100 cm).
Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is fully secure — your card details never touch our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Printing starts quickly after your order. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@enzinoai.com: if printing hasn't started, we can change or cancel free of charge.
Shipping
How long does it take?
Printing within 24-72h, then 3-5 business days in France, 5-10 internationally. See the Shipping page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to 30+ countries, with local printing whenever possible to cut delays and carbon footprint.
Issue with my order
My print arrived damaged — what now?
Send us a photo at contact@enzinoai.com within 14 days: we'll ship a new copy free of charge, no return needed.
